As a full scale events agency, Get Positively Sweet can plan and help execute your event from start to finish. Below are my most popular event packages but any package can be modified to suit your specific need. 

Organic Event

Entry level package providing the bare essentials for a themed party. 

  • In-person consultation (upon accepting event) with a $200 
    non-refundable deposit (due at 1st meeting) to secure the event (applied to final total)   

  • (1) Ballon arch or display

  • Custom Cake (up to $150 in value included)

  • (1) Small baked good (dozen included)

  • Themed place-settings for up to 12 including centerpiece, plates, cups, beverages bottles, napkins and utensils. ​​​

  • Management to drop off items. Light set-up. 

Starting at $600

Event Design & Coordination

Providing you with all the necessary contacts and support to plan and execute your ideal event.

  • In-person consultation w/$200 non-refundable fee to go over all design elements, floor plan, decor to make your celebration a reflection of you. (Fee applied to total upon hire) the event (applied to final total)   

  • Upon hire with a $400 deposit to book the event

  • Attend up to 3 in-person vendor meetings w/client as required for design elements & decor details: Design with floor plan, decor, set-up, rental selections, cake design, stationary, florals, balloons, etc.

  • Referrals of vendors upon request.

  • Unlimited phone & email support

  • Over the phone confirmation with vendors, final details meeting/ discussion of set-up.

  • Day of Coordination: Manage on site production during set-up, duties conclude at the start of event

Party In a Box

Throwing a party has never been easier with the unique and fun concept of Party in a Box. This compact, yet festive package includes all the essentials necessary for your personalized event experience. Just like with any great gift, all you have to do is open and enjoy!

​Box Includes:

  • Custom box design

  • Interior balloon display

  • Custom cake with topper

  • 30 small baked goods (cookies, cupcakes or cake pops)

  • Themed place settings provided (for up to 15 guests)

  • A la carte options available upon request

Starting at $600

Organic Event

Expanding on the party in a box, this package is perfect to host small group celebrations. We will create a seamless event experience, from beginning to end, tailored specifically for you and your guests to enjoy.

  • Balloon arch with custom display

  • 12 small baked goods (cookies, cupcakes or cake pops)

  • Themed place-settings (for up to 12 guests)

  • Decor set up and styling

Dessert & Candy Table

Simple and sweet, this custom spread is the perfect accent for any party. Whether you are having a large event, or an intimate 

gathering, we will adorn your table with custom sweets that will surely be the life of the party.

Package Includes:

  • Custom candy buffet with assorted candies

  • Assorted small baked goods*

  • Decor rentals, i/e display table, backdrop, table dressings, glassware, table settings, embellishments

  • Dessert/Candy to-go party favors

  • Basic decor setup and table styling

  • A la carte options available upon request

Starting at $1,300 / $1,500*

Event Design & Coordination

From gender reveals to bridal showers, our design and coordination 

service will help you execute your ideal event, from set up to tear 

down, with elements specific to your style and taste. This package is great for the DIY-er who knows exactly what they want, and needs additional support with coordination and execution of their special event.

Services Include:

  • Consultation and planning of event from start to finish

  • 3 in-person client/vendor meetings to discuss venue, decor, floorplan, cake design, etc…)

  • Vendor referrals

  • Unlimited phone and email support until event date

  • On-site coordination and management of event set-up, day of event

Starting at $1,400

The Absolute Package

Want to throw a flawless party? This package has you covered. You tell us your theme, and we’ll execute your vision, from the table settings to the dessert toppings. The Absolute Package will take care of all of your full scale party needs, including conceptualization, design and on-site management the day of your event.

Package Includes:

  • Fully catered, custom desserts and/or an assortment of candy (up to 50 people) 

  • Exclusive event branding custom to theme

  • Two tablescapes with centerpiece decor (up to 20 guest place settings)

  • Unlimited phone & email support until day of event

  • On-site coordination and set-up (day of event)

  • A la carte options available upon request, i/e party favors, signage, centerpieces, etc.
